Transforming children in Christ through His Church.

History
After serving for ten years as the children’s pastor in two large, southern California churches, Daniel Watts was called by God to start ministering in Poland. He moved there with his wife and three-year-old daughter and soon received invitations from churches to teach about God’s heart for children and how to develop effective ministry. In response, Every Generation Ministries was founded in 1993 and began working with churches in Poland.

The ministry developed innovative leadership-development training programs and high-quality Bible teaching resources. A strong, national Board of Directors oversaw and governed the ministry. In 1997, a Polish director was appointed to lead its growing ministry while Daniel launched new ministries in Belarus, Hungary and Romania. These ministries began equipping local churches’ childrens workers for fruitful ministry with children. God brought additional staff to EGM and in 2002 our first office was opened in the United States. With a great track record in Eastern Europe, churches in South America and the Middle East asked EGM to help them in their work with children. God has recently opened the doors of opportunity in Ukraine and Mexico and we look forward to where God leads us next.

Today EGM has over forty staff members from eight countries working with thousands of churches and teachers.

Vision
Every Generation Ministries works with local national churches to establish ministry teams operated by national leaders. Each ministry team equips local churches, provides innovative leadership development training for children’s workers and needed resources for effective ministry to children and their families. Having established ministries in Belarus, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Chile and Egypt EGM is moving forward to launch new ministries in South America, Central Asia and the Middle East.

Values
Every Generation Ministries is rooted in Evangelical Christianity as understood in a positive historic sense. Please click here to read our Statement of Faith. EGM is committed to Scripture as the divine revelation of God to humanity. As well as the truth and power of the Christian gospel to change individual lives. Inherent in the ministry of EGM are five core values taken from Scripture that influence every aspect of our ministry. These are:

• children
• the local church
• transformational ministry
• excellence in stewardship
• national ministries

Pursuing God’s vision for ministry, EGM has committed itself to these five crucial values in all areas of our ministry.
