Lanning Art Gallery brings summer art camp to kids~gallery-23

“All kids need art in their lives”, says gallery owner, Peggy Lanning, “even in these trying times.”

And that is the goal of her charity fundraiser, to expose children who normally would not be introduced to the art world. They plan 1-week and 2-week camps for elementary school children but during the summer when there’s more time for them to learn something new outside reading, writing and arithmetic. Peggy celebrates her gallery’s 22nd anniversary, representing national and international artists and their fine art and looks forward to sharing them with the children.
