The Danville.Sycamore Valley Rotary Club sold one of Vacation Home for Charities finest homes, Sandhurst. The Rotary Club raises money for scholarships and special needs in their community and with the use of Sandhurst they were able to raise $3500 for their causes. In 2010 Vacation Homes for Charity and Encanto Resorts partnered with Independent Residences at their annual Gala to provide them access to Encanto’s Pase del Sol property. The vacation helped raise $1200 towards IRI’s mission.
Is it OK to quote the lyrics of Whitney Houston? “I Believe the Children are The Future.” Very few would disagree with that statement, though many would agree that the use of it is a bit cheesy. Either way, what an honor to be a part of the fundraiser supporting Cherry Hills Christian School. Two of Vacation Homes For Charity’s partners were willing to donate their resources for this event. Special thanks to Las Terazzas Resort, Belize & Encanto’s El Faro Resort for their generosity.
